Again, keeping it very simple, this gives you up to 10 mailboxes (email addresses) on your domain, which share 5GB space, for just £1.89/mo.
How you share that 5GB across mailboxes is up to you. You could have 1 single mailbox using that full capacity. or 10 with 500MB each, or some variation across mailboxes. It's your call.
If you need more capacity, you can always switch to Business Cloud email hosting offering 5GB per mailbox, or Enterprise Cloud email hosting with 25GB per mailbox.
